Stronger data, smarter decisions: new impact dashboard features for EasyPeasy partners

At EasyPeasy, we know that using real-time data to test, learn, and adapt is the key to effectively rolling out parenting and HLE programmes and prioritising scarce implementation resources. To support local authorities with this work, we’ve launched a major update to the EasyPeasy Impact Dashboard, giving our partners even deeper, real-time insight into programme reach, engagement and impact across their area.

Alongside existing data on registrations, geographic reach, disadvantage levels and content engagement, partners can now access new demographic insights and enhanced tracking of how families engage with activities, guidance and local services. These new data points strengthen the ability to monitor performance, understand take-up among priority cohorts, evidence impact against Best Start Local Plan KPIs, and make informed decisions to maximise reach and outcomes.

These updates are now live in the EasyPeasy Impact Dashboard — read on to explore what’s new and how to make the most of these enhanced insights.

Why real-time data matters for early years services

Understanding programme reach and impact isn’t just about reporting. It’s about making informed decisions about ongoing implementation strategies. EasyPeasy’s real-time data capture automatically collects and analyses engagement and impact data as parents, carers and practitioners use the programme. Named stakeholders can access up-to-date insights at any time, alongside quarterly reporting summaries, enabling you to:

  • Track programme reach across your local population
  • Monitor engagement and identify priority areas for growth
  • Understand who the programme is reaching and where
  • Demonstrate impact against local and national priorities

Combined with qualitative parent and caregiver feedback, the EasyPeasy Impact Dashboard provides a comprehensive, evidence-led picture of programme performance as part of your wider strategy and portfolio of interventions.
