2025 has been a year of both momentum and meaning for EasyPeasy. We have reached more families than ever before, strengthened partnerships across the country, and continued to build a service that parents and caregivers genuinely trust and rely on. I am especially delighted that EasyPeasy continues to appeal to a diverse range of families, with the proportion of our parent and caregiver community coming from more disadvantaged areas rising again this year, from 52% to 62%. This universal appeal is at the heart of our approach to social change.
The Government’s focus on children reaching a Good Level of Development through the Best Start in Life strategy has brought renewed attention to the critical early years. But ambition alone is not enough. What matters is local delivery—and ensuring that families can access high-quality, evidence-based support that fits into their real lives. That is exactly where EasyPeasy comes in.
Our mission remains simple: to close the gap in early childhood development by empowering parents to improve the Home Learning Environment at scale. This year, we have seen clear progress in parental confidence, children’s development, and practitioner engagement—proof that digital early help can deliver impact where it matters most.
I am so grateful to our local authority partners and stakeholders who make our important work possible—and to every parent and carer who invites us into their home and their child’s life. Together, we are building something that lasts.
